No hidden fees. You pay a 5% commission to Your Cyprus Holiday plus standard card processing fees (~1.5–3.25% + €0.25 depending on the guest's card type). Both are deducted automatically from each booking.
What if I get zero bookings?
You pay nothing. There are no monthly fees, no minimums, and no lock-in contracts. You can remove your hotel at any time.
Can I list multiple hotels?
Yes! You can manage multiple properties from a single account. The same 5% rate applies to all your hotels.
What is Stripe Connect and why do I need it?
Stripe Connect is a secure payment system used by platforms like Airbnb and Shopify. It lets guest payments go directly to your bank account automatically — you don't need to invoice anyone or chase payments. You complete a one-time verification (about 10 minutes), and after that everything is automatic.
Can I receive bookings before completing Stripe verification?
